Still working through the photo issues

Hola,
Still having issues with the photo downloads that won't go through, but I will at least report on our day. We started off leisurely, which we should know by now is not the thing to do. As we were about to get ready to go to breakfast we got a call from Alexandra who said they would be coming for us at 9:45 for a 10am appointment with the notary. I'm guessing the call came in at no earlier than 9:20 or so, because once again we hurried to get ready. After we completed the notary business we got the kids' pictures done for their passports. They were so cute and so excited. We walked downtown for a little while and had lunch then came back to the hotel. Of course, the kids kept saying, "when can we go in the pool" which is their most popular question of the day and they repeat it over and over, no matter what answer you give. Definitely the highlight of their day! They're actually learning swimming techniques very well, but poor Papi who is the "pool ornament" with 3 little kiddos climbing on him and waiting their turn for him to throw them out of the water on the count of 3.

Today marked the day that Luis really opened up to Rick. The little guy is really feeling much better and we thank you for your prayers. Now if we could just get our oldest son well everyone would be in great health.

I hope to get those pictures for you soon. I really want to show off our wonderful children. They are so cute and they've bonded so well with us and it happened almost instantaneous. This was our interpreter's first time participating in an adoption and she continues to remark about how touching our "Gotcha day" was. She says it was pure love and so beautiful to witness such an event.

More later but I must get back to trying to download the photos. Keep our family lifted up!

May God bless you!
Love, Genece

Yea! So glad to hear it is going well. We´re checking for pictures a lot. I understand the not having time thing! We only have two to take care of and it´s hard to find time. Hope all six of you have a nice Thanksgiving, enjoy the warm weather!

Love,

Sherri
